Ja Jiang Mian

I bought this Ja Jiang Mian from Giant the other day.

been watching korea drama and seeing this food but never try.

So i thought it would be nice to know how it taste like..

This is the Paste and also the little bits of onions and garlics.

This is "basou" from Winna.

I purposely asked her to make me.

It's pork being marinated in salt with rice inside to keep the meat from getting rot.

The ja jiang noodles.

The end result ..

Blackish and actually it doesn't taste that nice also..

I think Winna's Basou tasted better la..

so in the end, it doesn't make me wanna eat it so much than Ramen.
