Novotel Stay

Had the chance to experience NOVOTEL last month.

Room rates was having promotion hence we booked this hotel.

1st of all, the service was quite ok.

But i asked for triple sharing and they never take the extra amenities for the 3rd person.

I stayed in the premier room.

Hence one mark down.

The toilet being provided with the shampoos and lotions.

But one of the bottle being opened, i wonder why?

The toilet was clean and i love the curtain in toilet where you can wind it up and look into the room.

The room aircon was excellent.

Service a bit slow.

But i think Sabah majority is like that.

I think i gonna try Grand borneo the next time.
