Lunch @ Frisson cafe

PDropped off the bicycle and while waiting for it to be done we passed thru this shop. They were having a new launch of dessert bar. And they are having 30% off for the dessert menu so we werr thinking why not have a try. 

The environment not bad though. But settings of the cafe need more room for the customer to move about. But then again if you have too much space then might not have enough setting for one time customer. 

Seriously the lego is too square i think. But others acceptable. 

When i was thinking what is less in the shop it makes me realized that setting up a shop is not easy. You not only need to have the money, the idea and the taste too. 

Introducing the dessert waffle. Chocolate ice-cream with oreo and almond flakes toppings.

Waffle not thick and fluffy enough.  

Beef bacon bruschetta- awesome! The chicken floss on top add up another wonderful combination. 

Salmon aglio olio

Not bad. 

Black coffee. It was ok. 

Mushroom omelette 

My brother can make better omelette. As it was too oily and thin. They use can-mushroom instead of all fresh mushroom.  Not fluffy like omelette should be. 

However the white bread was good. The texture soft and firm. So nice with the butter on top. 

I will definitely go back for the bread.
