Majlis buka puasa @ markas palapes

Sorry for the late post on berbuka puasa in markas Palapes..

We went off for preparing the whole day..

The snacks for buka puasa..

cakes & kuihs for berbuka..

The setting for that day..

And try to understand the procedure if you can..

Our VC will come and then wait for buka puasa..

1st doa, buka puasa.. then off for sembahyang

2nd back for the main menu(rice &lauk) meaning another setting.. and beware.. the sembahyang only take abt max 10mins. we have 5tables to set up.. each consisting of 10ppl..

3rd they go for teraweh.. And then will be back for moreh.. (soups and bread)

Which means another setting. this we have about 1 hour..

The crucial part here is 2nd part.. which require us to take the foods out and then resetting the whole place after the kuihs and also .. preparing for fruits in the end of the meal..

which we might have problems because we don't have enough cutleries..

as lots been lost and some broken..

anyway had a tiring day.

plus some not really that helpful..

but still ..

i'm fortunate to have helpful friends like Winna,norlin , ann ,marvela and a few .. U know who u r..

But i truly learnt a lot.

I learnt the proper setting. Proper serving manner.

Proper timing.

Proper workmanship.
