Capsicum fried eggs

We saw a post about capsicum fried egg and we were thinking of trying it . So we bought out ingredient and have a go for dinner. 

Below will be the process and end result. 

He was the chef of the day. Trying to make the nicest egg of all. 

Turn out the eggs are quite stubborn. 

And all the above are end results. Not as promising as those we saw in facebook though. 

As we thought we will try again as practice makes perfect.
