Korean BBQ cutlery


Went to this Korean BBQ restaurant last weekend.. It was kinda new experience since that was my 1st attempt to Korean BBQ. I was quite surprised by their "canggih" smoke sucker.. Don't think any other BBQ restaurant had that though. The crowd wasn't big but I just get to know that day that it is better for us to pre-book our table before we were actually there.
Anyway, let's move on.

Me and mum knows that we definitely need to order their beef since beef was always famous with Korean BBQ. Mum tried Korean BBQ in Starhill before and it leave her keep on talking about it even until now. Hehe.. Soon she will bring us as well.

Well, we waited for around 30mins max to get them settle us with a place. The waiters were all seem so busy. They just never stopped doing work. Getting refills, making BBQ for the customer, cleaning the tables and stuff... Never stop. Luckily for us, we went there around 7pm.

We ordered the their premium beef with a price of RM68 for TWO piece!!!! IT's expensive for me... BUt i got to say that it tasted awesome!!! The beef was tender and when you bite it, the juicy spill out. It was heavenly. Seriously, maybe i haven't tried more than enough beef but so far, this was the best!!!! superb!!!

Next, we ordered their chicken. Since we brought janet grandma along and she loves chicken so we ordered one for her. I find the chicken not as interesting as the beef. Maybe they should served the chicken 1st then I'll make a wuuu-waaaa for it.

Next on the menu, we had their stone bowl rice. It was introduced by the waiter and yes, it was good. The rice with a special sauce (no idea what sauce was that) and egg, veggie plus others tasted just perfect. The rice was still cooking in that stone bowl when it arrived so it gives the rice a crispy texture at the bottom of the bowl. Me and mum loves them. The crispy of the rice make it stand out of all other kinda rice. Worth trying guys!!

Then we had our pot of soup. It was actually normal daikon soup with nice beef pieces again!!! Seriously the Korean knows their beef!!!! The soup was clear and nice and still hot because it comes with a small cooking stove to make the soup still warm for the customer. You can make it boil if you want to. Seriously, no one cares.. It was for the use of the customer.

Oh ya, before all of this we had our side dish or banchan as they called it. IT was by Korean tradition that they had this side dish before their actual main menu. Although their Kimchi wasn't as good as the one i tasted in BONJOUK but still i enjoyed it. So it leaves me with stamache. Gosh.. Mum said I had too much of it.. And cause me that kind of pain.
