Ayam Penyet @ 1 Borneo

This is a way back long ago post. 

Had Ayam Penyet in 1 Borneo newly opened shop. 

It was a great experience all the AWESOME-friends. 

Photo left clockwise : Ayam penyet , Sup sayur asam, Ikan penyet, Terung. 

Ayam penyet originally from Indonesia. 

I still prefer the ayam penyet in alamesra - Jom bali. 

I love the sup sayur asam which is salted veggies soup. It was welldone with not that much sourness yet enough to ignite your tastebud. 

The terung was also awesome. By the way, Terung is brinjal. As i really like terung and also particular with the way they cook it. 

The outside of the terung was crispy and the inside was soft and mushy. 

Love it ! 

Ikan Penyet was so-so. Not to my liking due to too many bones in it. 

Overall experience i would say worth your money to eat in the mall.
