Birthday @ Bukit Harapan

I went to Bukit Harapan on my 20th birthday this year. 

What is Bukit Harapan? 

It is a place for all the special children or those without shelter. 

Above are us posing infront and under the hot sun. 

There are 46 resident in the shelter. 

Most are special people but a few of them are normal. 

This datin-look-alike is our pengarah for this program. Forgotten this pretty lady's name though. 

According to the staff that manage this residency, some of the kids's parent never visit them after they left them there. Some gave silly excuse that they're not able to visit due to bla bla bla... 

Me and my teammates were supposed to hang up the flags around the gate. 

They moved to this place 2 years ago.. but before that they did contacted the parents about the change of venue. But they still say the staff never let them know..

Then the parents give excuse that they don't know how to go to the new place to visit their kids. But if they really have the heart sure they can find it no matter what.. 

The meal that we brought for them... 

The MPP prepared the chicken, veggie and rice for the kids and staff in Bukit Harapan. We then being stationed as waiter to give out the free food. 

The kids love the food. But one lil johnny don't like to eat chicken.

That boy is so cute.. But very scare of stranger. 

Sherly have 5 children and this is the youngest.
