The humble chef @ Pusat Bandar Damansara

M was interested to start up a Mobile food truck business. 

And I thought before starting up one, M must have a look on others business first. 

Hence I brought her to The Humble Chef located at Pusat Bandar Damansara. 

In fact, it was my first time there and first time knowing about it after i googled Mobile food truck. 

They just park their vehicle at the road side. 

With limited cooking ware, they start their business everyday from 10.30pm.

As you can see, they only have limited choices of food. 

But that is enough to earn some swarm of customer there every night. 

We ordered the lamb pita. 

The lamb was grind to small bits. 

The cheese ooze out when you took a bite. 

The pita bread was slightly toasted which give the toasty + cheessy feeling. 

And we also ordered their Chicken Omelette. 

It was mouth-watery. 

The omelette itself was full flavour. 

The cream cheese inside compliment with the chicken. 

When we cut it into half, you can see the melted cheese pour out. 

The taste was awesome when you put it into your mouth and it melted out. 

Other than that, 

we also had a very nice view. 

The view overlooking the main road below. 

Not too many cars. 

Windy. 

But the down side is if it rains then say bye-bye to opening your stall. 

We were lucky to get them 2 days before raya. 

In fact, that day was their last day of operation before closing for raya for a week. 

Give it a try if you happen to pass by Pusat Bandar Damansara or HELP Uni/College. 

P.S. I spotted a BMW stopped at the road side just to get an omelette. *wow*
