ZL's Birthday dinner

Wee~~ 

ZL's birthday was the other weekend. 

Hence we decided to make something to bring to the party. 

And we decided to bring my potato & Leek soup plus Pizza! 

Since Aaron was quite keen in learning pastry, bread & cakes stuffs so I thought why not we try-out on Pizza! 

Our first done pizza! It was lovely. 

Apparently our pizza was only ok after heating up. 

If it was left cold then it will harden like a rock. 

It took us half a day to make it. 

I will share on our recipe in next post.

Then the infamous Bak-stik. 

Me & Aaron love how she always manage to make us eat more than we should with this dish. 

We adore this dish! 

We brought some rendang with us as well. 

Thought of complimenting it with the lemang that i made together with them the other but ended-up the lemang was bad. 

No idea what happened to it. 

But still, the rendang that we bought from the road-side tasted good.

Then M made Vietnamese rice roll which was her best hot stuff. 

As usual healthy lifestyle.

Nelia made Fried chicken (Philippine style)

She marinated the chicken with lemon juice, salt & pepper for a few hours. 

Then dipped into the flour,egg & water batter. 

The end result was awesomely crispy & fragrantful. 

The Birthday-cake

During my time, Bus was called bus. 

But now, bus is TOYA.

Lechan Flan by Nelia. 

Nice one but maybe next time should use lighter color sugar for a nicer effect.

Always love home-party as we can have all the fun laughing and running around but without stranger looking at you.
