Leader vs Follower

Leader should be able to lead while follower should be able to help the leader into leading them into the right path. Both must cooperate to reach the ying and Yang balance.

Talking about leader, being a psychology student I believe leader not only inborn but also can be train to be one. One might have the natural charisma of a leader but if he or she does not know the technique to lead then it can be a disaster. As for trained leader can be trained in various ways, say go for soft-skills training, experience, exposure and so on. Leadership cannot be learn by book but instead its a practical thing that you need to practice in order for your leadership skills to grow.

In order for one to be a strong leader, one must be humble to receive advice and also never stop absorbing knowledge.

As for follower, many doesn't want to be a leader and hence they be the follower. Follower can be good and bad. Some followers tends to create their own lil group and then discuss among themselves. Some follower truly follow the leader blindly while some follower follow the correct instruction but not blindly.

No one can be a leader without first following behind a leader. The nearest example being you following your family icon, it might be your father, your mother or your uncle. During younger days, you might have the dream to be just like that person and you copy the icon and then hence be the follower of that person. From being a good follower might earn you to increase on future leadership skills.

Of course, one need to be proactive and alert when you are a leader.
The standard leadership qualities must inject into a person in order for this leadership to grow.

I only wish the best for the one who lead to gain experience from people around them, be concern and alert and also proactive. And as for the follower, do follow accordingly and not just blindly because your leader cannot force you into doing things you don't like. But if you cannot be a good follower with this leader, then you can always park with other leader.
