Home-made rosemary garlic roast chicken

I promise to share the recipe for the roast chicken i did last birthday.
I called it 
Home-made rosemary garlic roast chicken


1. Rub salt & paprika around the chicken and leave it in the fridge overnight.
2. Mix chopped garlic & shallots, rosemary and a dash of lemon juice with half block of butter.
3. Spread the mixture under the chicken skin.
4. Shove the lemon fruit into the chicken. Preheat oven for 30 mins under high temp.
5. Spread foil on tray, then rub it with butter. Spread veggies onto and roast for 20minutes.
6. Take the veggies out. Rub chicken with olive oil then put into the oven and bake. 45- 60 mins.
7. Take out the chicken, spread the veggies under the chicken. Then put the chicken on top. Broil for another 15 mins.
Serve while it's hot.

This chicken was awesomely made for main dish for dinner.
