Bazar Ramadhan @ Indah Permai (IP)

Went to IP Bazaar last week.
That was my 2nd year going to the bazaar ramadhan.
And it was a new feeling.

Bought this lots for 4 of us..

Of coz there were journey to the bazaar..

Let's take a look..

Sandwiches..
Seem like people are getting more health conscious.
If not they won't be selling these..

Kebab~
Yummylicious stuffs..

Caramel..
Kak wani, iylia & shahira's favourite.
But i never tried..
because i am still not a sweet person..

Nasi Kerabu..
Hmm..
Never tried..
No idea was it nice or not..

Penang malay style keoy teow..
It was okay la..
RM 1.50 per pack.

Not to miss the colorful kuihs..

Seaweed..
this was quite something..
because they were the only stalls with seaweed.
A local dish.

All the lauk for rice that you can find..

Grilled fish..
with the scarf man.

They have masak lemak, masak merah, curries and so on..

Murtabak jawa..
Normally RM 2.50 .
is what they served in sabah.
the type of murtabak is a bit different from peninsular.
As their murtabak is being fried in the oil. hence the crunchy/crispy outer part.
peninsular type was the pan grilled or fried type. with a soft outer layer.

Bakso..
Normally ranging of RM 3.50 - RM4.50.
Also another local delight.
Love the old style stall look.
So cute~

There were those aunties that wanted me to snap their photos..
hehe~

Lemang..
I can never resist them!!
RM 2- 3 for one..

Now..the fried fishes..

those chocolate cakes were awesome!!
It was moist & serious chocolatey!!

Another new stuff.
The transparent jellies with pearls inside.
sold at RM 1.50 if i am not mistaken.

It kinda surprise me when i saw they were selling bubur lambuk.
As this delicacy was a traditional dish for all those kampung during ramadhan or raya.
That was my 1st encounter that they sold this in the bazaar.

Of course we cannot forgot all the colorful drinks.
Thought i don't love colorings in food.
But ..
I still madly in love in looking at them over the stalls in bazaar.

Chicken rice..
All time favourite of all..

All the "GORENGs" ..

ABC - Ais Batu Campur
Always a must for bazaar or pasar malam.

The traditional kuihs

Kuih cara berlauk.
My favourite everywhere i go..
This was just so so..
Not flavorful enough hence i only tasted the flour and not the whole.

I don't know what is this kuih's name..
But it is made out of pulut and sambal udang kering inside plus lots of coconut outside.
Yummy!!

This caught my attention as i don't remember me seeing this ayam golek last year..
It was as if i was back to KL 's bazaar again..
With all the ayam golek & apam & colorful drinks..

The usual grilled seafoods.

Air tebu -sugar cane.
This drinks seem to be the favourite of local as i spotted more than 5 stalls selling the same thing..

Ayam berempah..
Seem to be a bit too darkish for me.

Air jambu batu aka AJB.
Haha~
It was as usual..
I love it.

The uncle getting all the bakso for me..

Spotted this bakso ..
And the smell was extraordinary.

Bought it back and yes..
It was DELICIOUS!

Last but not least those mee,mee hoon & keoy teow gorengs..

I think it was worth a visit to get some local delicacy.
And don't expect too much from the eastern peninsular food.
Those kerabu & nasi dagang was not as good as it is in peninsular.
