Actually went to this place like tons of times already but never ate their cooked family style dishes. saw it in KK flogger. Then decided wanna try la this time..

marina was craving for this.. *above*

We ordered from the opposite shop. It was well, acceptable nice. Nothing big to wow because penang have better ones.

Then this is something to Wow about..

Fook yuen's bread. SIMPLY IRRESISTIBLE !!

Love the soft bread.

especially the normal steam ones..

Then their chicken wings are absolutely aromatic!!

The veggie. Yau mak cost us RM6 i think..

Well, complaint.. because they used the old or layu veggie.

Or they didnt keep in the fridge properly hence the soggy feeling of veggie.

This fish curry.

RM6 or Rm6.50.

Wasnt nice at 1st until paulin added some kicap.

It turned out to be much better.

The stout pork.

It was... blant..

Pork was over cooked.

hence it was tough.

This is the worst!!!

Fish maw soup.

My gosh..

The fish maw wasnt properly processed..

They didnt soak it enough and then reboiled it to soften it.

Hence the fish maw was HARD !!!

and guess what the boss said when we complaint??

"It's like that one.. Some fish maw is that tough punya."

OMG~ he thought we never tasted any fish maw in our life???

Never ever order this if u happen to be there.

Basically it was a bad experience ordering their dreadful dishes..

I think their "special teh" & "grilled fish" is the only consumable stuff there.
