The 2nd day's dinner took place in Passage thru India. It was a nice place.In fact, my top choice among the other 4 restaurant. Very mysterious walk-way they had there. The restaurant parking space was good. Can park quite a lot of cars.

Payasam

The dinner started with a speech by the chef of the day. Pardon me that i forgottten his name but i think i remember his face! He talked about what to eat if you go North indian, South india and so on. But his accent was a bit hard to understand and i doubted 80% of the sparklers listened to him.


The dessert.. With sago. Very nice. tasted a bit weird at 1st but after that turned out nice.

While every1 was busy lining up to take the food. I spent my 1st few minutes to snap the food. As usual ma.. Food blogger!! hehe~

Chicken Kurma

I love the spinach the most !! the taste was so strong yet pleasant. I love the bit of saltiness and also the fragrance of it. Still can taste it now... yum yum!!


Madras Balji

This one is fried veggie if i'm not mistaken. It was also nice. NOt soggy and not too oily. Just nice and crispy.

Naan and biryani rice

Didn't take the naan and biryani as it's a normal thing.

Palak Panner - spinach mix with yogurt.

I love this!! seriously the combination of the taste was good!!! delicious.

Uralai varuval- Potato

This was also good. The potato was cooked full of flavor with all the spices in it. Voila!! perfecto.
